Gålö Havsbad  is located 35 km south of Stockholm right by the coast. The site has been a fourstar campingsite since 2004 and is suitable for couples, groups of friends and families with children.

Gålö Havsbad is heaven for walkers, wildlife enthusiasts and those wishing to explore Stockholm and the archiepelago. Here You can enjoy a friendly and relaxing camping experience.

The area has been a naturereseve since 2006 and is known for the beeatuful scenery and countrylife.I

It is an important for us to take care of the environment and a recyckling station was built in 2017 as a part of that  work

The campsite is overlooking the forest and fields of the local farmers and it is not uncommon to see both elks and deers on the fields early in the morning and when the sun sets.

A number of the best local walks start directly from the campsite, in particular heading out to the sea with stunning view, so make sure that You bring good shoes.

​

The facilities are modern and are kept clean and tidy at all times and also cleaned at night as well for Your convinient.

Dog friendly (or rather animal friendly)​

The campsite is very dog friendly and we often have a variety of fourlegged friends on site.  Paws and fur can often become sandy and dirty after a long walk or a bath in the sea and we have therefore built an special dogshower, with hot and cold water and hairdryer in one of our facility blocks.

Check in and check out

Your pitch is available from 13pm on the start date of your holiday, but you are welcome to use the facilities if you arrive earlier in the day.Check out is at 12pm on your departure day. Late departure is sometimes available for a small charge.

We recoomend that a reservation is made, especially during july and the beginning of august as it often very full.
